Service Dog Training Program
We understand that service dog training is not a one-size-fits-all process. Every individual's needs—and every dog’s capabilities—are unique. That’s why our service dog training programs are fully customized to support both you and your dog on your journey.
Whether you're just beginning and need help selecting a suitable puppy or adult dog, or you're ready to start training, we offer a range of services to meet you where you are. Our comprehensive options include:
Puppy/Dog Selection Assistance – Guidance in choosing a dog with the right temperament and potential for service work
Private One-on-One Training – Personalized sessions to train you and your dog together, step by step
Board & Train Programs – Immersive, hands-on training where your dog lives with a certified trainer while learning essential service skills
(Program details below)
We’re here to support you every step of the way—from the first evaluation to building the confidence and reliability your dog needs to perform life-changing tasks.
What is a Service Dog?
“Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.” - Quoted directly from ADA.gov
